MH Boxes is a nonprofit organization that provides mental health care boxes for young Black girls in the VA community. The business was created by Mila, a 13 year old girl who faced her own battles with mental health and has begun her mission to bring joy and support to other Black girls facing the same experience.

MH Boxes aims to dismantle the stigma around mental health and open up conversations about mental health and seeking professional help within Black families and communities.
